The coronavirus pandemic in the world has created a number of problems for the human race. From halting the economy to keeping people locked indoors, we are seeing an array of complicated obstacles which we have faced before. With death tolls skyrocketing every day, the key to surviving this outbreak is to be positive and to adhere to the rules which have been dictated as possible countermeasure for fighting the virus.

We feel that the coming of the Bengali New Year has multi-faceted significance in the way people celebrate.  This is a first time for the Banglaee people to be faced with such a crisis which has put a stop to tradition and culture as a whole. The key to coming out of this pandemic and human life crisis is to be positive and help those around us to the best of our possibilities and to adapt for the hopes of a better life.

We think that through this, people have understood the situation of the disaster and everyone has realised their duty to cope with the disaster. Courage and keeping our wits about is also a necessity in this dire time. People are seen afraid to take the test to detect coronavirus. As a result, the possible number of cases that are going under the radar is also quite high. Every day the number of infected is increasing by the hundreds. This is a clear sign that community transmission might very well be underway.

Despite this crisis the people of the world who are not playing an active role in countering the virus have nothing to do but to stay at home and hunker down until the solution to this outbreak can be found. We have to be responsible to the best of our abilities. Let us not forget that we have to stay indoors at all times to prevent the spread of the virus. Every little bit counts!
