Although the country's first digital university "Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University, Bangladesh" is a relatively new university, it has started its journey in Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP).
On Sunday noon, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Drr Munaz Ahmed Noor approved the work related to “Supply of Printed Books at BDU” in Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP). The official journey begins.
Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Munaz Ahmed Noor said, “Even though Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University, Bangladesh is a new university, we will conduct tender activities in Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP) from now on.
Vice Chancellor said that Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University, Bangladesh has returned to this system with the aim of facilitating government procurement process, opportunity to submit tenders from anywhere in the country and establish good governance in government procurement.
Officials of ICT department including Md. Ashraf Uddin, registry (additional responsibility) of the university were present at the time.
