Bangladesh is fetching huge foreign currencies by exporting high-quality battery products to the middle-eastern countries for a number of years.
Bangladeshi battery manufacturing companies have been exporting high-quality products to the middle-eastern region in large volume and the products are getting high value in those countries, industry insiders said.
“This is one of the industries of Bangladesh where the unit price is very high and is a good source of foreign income for the country,” an official of Rahimafrooz Globatt said.
To enhance the business potentials in the global battery market, a number of Bangladeshi battery manufacturing companies like Rahimafrooz Globatt, Panna Battery are going to take part at Automechanika Dubai, the Middle East’s leading international trade fair for the automotive service industry targeting trade visitors from Western Asia, Eastern Europe, the CIS and Africa.
The 17th edition of the fait this year will be held in partnership with REIFEN, the world renowned trade fair for the tyre industry which will raise the profile of this segment among trade buyers, leading to greater opportunities for businesses to connect with their target audience.
Rahimafrooz Globatt is already a well-known company in Bangladesh and will be taking one of the biggest stalls from South Asia with 48 square metres. Panna Battery will also take part in the for the first time.
Automechanika Dubai 2018 set the record with 1,801 exhibitors participated from 61 countries. Around 31,971 visitors from146 countries visited Automechanika Dubai 2018. 23 official country pavilions were also part of the show in 2018.
