Bangladeshi garment exporters are eyeing big response among the European buyers through participating in Texworld and Apparel Sourcing Paris during September 16 to 19, 2019.
A total of 16 Bangladeshi apparel, fabric, leather garment manufacturers will participate in the four-day fair in Paris in order to explore the potentials in the international market tapping the high demand for ‘Made in Bangladesh’ tagged fashion garments products.
At the heart of Fairyland for Fashion, Texworld Paris organized by Messe Frankfurt created a lavish world for sourcing textiles in all their forms. A significant event judging by the diversity of its exhibitors who came from various countries, said the organisers.
With over 80 percent of visitors coming from outside France, and a significant number of buyers from UK, France, Turkey, Spain, Italy and Germany attending the show each edition. The show remains all important for the global fashion industries.
Bangladesh will have direct exhibitors and a national pavilion organized by the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) of Bangladesh.
For the September 2019 edition, exhibitors from Bangladesh include in fabric category Evince Textile, Momtex Expo, Regent Textile, Zaber & Zubair Fabrics, in denim category Argon Denims, Chittagong Denim Mills, NZ Denim, in apparel AMA Syntex Ltd, Fahim Apparels, Fashion group/S&S Swimwear Limited, GMS composite knitting ind .ltd/ Elham Sourcing, JM Knitwear, Pakiza Knit Composite Ltd, Pacific Exort& Euro Fashion Mart, Synergies Sourcing, Toads Printing.
In the September 2018 edition, a total of 1,653 exhibitors participated at Texworld/Apparel Sourcing/ Leatherworld. The fair recorded 14,917 visitors from 110 countries.
Bangladeshi stands were seen busy with trade enquiries and buyers from USA, UK, Turkey, Germany, France and other European and Central Asian countries in last edition.
Texworld Denim Paris is lively as ever as it is bringing together weavers and denim manufacturers from major countries such as China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Turkey and India.
Leatherworld is the European trade show dedicated to sourcing for leather and related materials. From animal origin or not, it introduces a large span of products, from raw materials to finished goods.
The fair will display a global range of fashion products from the major manufacturing countries of Bangladesh, China, Cambodia, Korea, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and Pakistan.
The next Texworld/Apparel Sourcing Paris will be held from 10 – 13 February 2020. African Sourcing and Fashion Week will be held in November in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Texworld/Apparel Sourcing USA will be held in January 2020.
