Visiting FBCCI leaders sought collaboration between the institutes of Bangladesh and Canada for crating demand driven human resources.
The issues of cooperation and collaboration was discussed in a bilateral meeting between Bangladesh and Canada top business bodies on Tuesday at UN Headquarters, New York.
Salman F Rahman, Prime Ministers Private Industry and Investment Advisor and State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md. Shahriar Alam attended the meeting alongwith with the FBCCI Delegation, led by its President Sheikh F Fahim.
While addressing, FBCCI President Sheikh F Fahim highlighted the recent economic advancement of Bangladesh and invited the Canadian investors with more investment taking the lucrative offers provided by the Bangladesh Government.
FBCCI Chief also emphasized on collaboration between Ontario Institute for Studies in Education & Behavioral Economics in Action Rotman of University of Toronto, International Training & Development Seneca College and FBCCI International University and FBCCI Institute for creating demand driven human resources.
FBCCI Senior Vice President Md. Muntakim Ashraf, Vice Presidents Hasina Newaaz and Md. Siddiqur Rahman were also present among others.
The leaders of FBCCI are now visiting the USA as entourage of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to attend the 74th UN General Assembly. The top business leaders are attending a number meetings and discussions with different business bodies of different countries participating the assembly in USA, sideline the UNGA.
