The newly formed Executive Council of BCS Audit and Accounts Association 2023-2024 has paid tribute to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi 32 in the capital on Monday.
The members of the executive council of the association placed wreaths at the portrait of the father of the nation located at number 32 of Dhanmondi and paid their respects for a while. In the general meeting of BCS Audit and Accounts Association held at Audit Bhaban a new executive council consisting of 31 members was unanimously formed with Comptroller General of Accounts Md Nurul Islam as President and Director General of Commercial Audit Directorate SM Rezvi as Secretary General. Comptroller General of Accounts Nurul Islam presided over the meeting while Director General of Defense Audit Directorate AHM Shamsur Rahman conducted the meeting.
Uttam Kumar Karmakar, Additional Secretary of Economic Relations Department, Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project Director (Additional Secretary) Dewan Saidul Hasan, Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of Information Ministry Md. Hasinur Rahman also spoke in the meeting.
