Md. Haiul Quaium Additional Secretary of the Government and Chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) has been promoted as Secretary (Grade-1). The public Administration Ministry issued an official order in this connection on October 17.
The newly promoted Secretary & Chairman of BCIC Md. Haiul Quaium had Joined BCIC as Chairman early this year on the January 29.
Before getting promoted as Chairman Haiul Qaium served different capacities in BCIC including Directors (Finance) and Director (Commercial).
He is an officer of BCS (Admin) of the 1985 Batch.
