Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir assured support for development of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque. He made the pledge while attending a Dua and Iftar Mahfil at national mosque as chief guest in the capital on Tuesday. Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee organised the programme marking Holy month of Ramadan. Sayem Sobhan Anvir is the chief advisor of the organization representing devotees bound to Baitul Mukarram Mosque.
The young business leader promised to extend support for the infrastructural development and we'll being of Musalli in permission with Islamic Foundation. National Mosque chief preacher (Khatib) Mufti Nurul Amin conducted the prayer session before Iftar.

He also pledged to send 100 pilgrims to Saudi Arabia for performing Umrah and Main Hajj, as the organisers told the meeting. Bangladesh Jewelry Samity Senior Vice President Gulzar Ahmed and Former President Enamul Haque Khan Dolan were present on the occasion. Musalli Committee former President Enamul Haque Dolon said Bashundhara Group has been supporting the Islamic activities in the country. Bangladesh Pratidin Editor Naem Nizam, Musalli Committee President Haji Yeaqub Ali was also present on the occasion while General Secretary Mizanur Rahman Manik conducted the meeting.
