Bangladesh Reconditioned Vehicles Importers and Dealers Association (BARVIDA) has expelled its Vice President 1 S M Anowar Sadat with a charge for breaching discipline of the organisation.
The Executive Committee of BARVIDA in an emergency meeting held on 15 November unanimously took the decision and then expelled Sadat on 17 November under the sub clause 10.4 and sub clause 10.6 of article 10 of the Article of Association of BARVIDA.
Earlier the BARVIDA Executive Committee on 26 July 2020 in the 8th regular meeting temporarily expelled its Vice President 1 S M Anowar Sadat for one year for his anti-organisational activities.
But Mr. Sadat continued his objectionable activities giving unsolicited, unwanted and unexpected statements harmful for the Executive Committee and the General Members as well.
In this circumstances, the BARVIDA board finally expelled its Vice President Anowar Sadat.
