With a title ‘Iftar for All’, Mastul Foundation is aiming to distribute ifter item among one lakh poor and low-income people during this Ramadan.
Baridhara Society has extended its hand to MASTUL Foundation to make this programme a success. Every day more than 1000 people are feeding with iftars through MASTUL Mehmankhana situated in different areas of capital.
President of Baridhara Society Feroz M Hasan said that every year our society organize an Iftar event. However, this time we want to celebrate Iftar in a different way. We will donate the fund of our iftar party to MASTUL Foundation so that low income people can have their iftar.
He thanked MASTUL Foundation for taking such initiative and urged other societies to stand with MASTUL Foundation.
Founder and Executive director of MASTUL Foundation Kazi Reaz Rahman said, “All our work is for the pleasure of Allah. We are grateful to Baridhara Society for standing beside us and easing our way to provide Iftar to our helpless fasting people.”
He urged other societies to come forward to achieve the target of providing Iftar to 1 lakh helpless fasting people.
Earlier on April 8, the President of Baridhara Society officially handed over a cheque of Tk 4 lakh to MASTUL Foundation for providing Iftar to the low-income fasting people on behalf of the members of the Baridhara society.
