Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC), the apex body of the companies listed with the Stock Exchanges of Bangladesh hold its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday at Hotel Six Seasons, Gulshan, Dhaka.
M. AnisUd Dowla, President of the Association presided over the meeting. The AGM adopted the ordinary businesses with presence of the quorum as per Articles while a session of question and answer took place .

Gulam Rabbani Chowdhury, Director, Baraka Power Ltd, Mominul Islam, Managing Director & CEO, IPDC Finance Ltd, Kazi Inam Ahmed, Managing Director, Gemini Sea Foods Ltd. Md.
