The 3lst Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Ltd. (BAPEX) was held on Thursday through online Platform at Bapex head office Kawran Bazar in the capital.
Md. Anisur Rahman, Chairman of BAPEX Board and Senior Secretary, Energy & Mineral Resources Division presided over the meeting, attended by the Shareholders and members of Board of Directors of the company
The Audited Accounts for the fiscal year 2019-2020 of the Company was approved by the Shareholders at 31st AGM. During the financial year total Income & Expenditure of the Company was Tk, 482.21Crore and Tk, 460,39 Crore respectively.
The net profit after tax of the Company was Tk. 13.99 Crore.
In the Meeting the Shareholders and member of Board of Directors express satisfaction over the multidimensional activities of the Company and put valuable suggestions to strengthening the activities of BAPEX.
