Bank Asia Ltd. was awarded 1st Prize for Best Presented Annual Report-2019 (Private Sector Banks) among the South Asian Countries along with Bangladesh by South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
SAFA awards the prize every year for Best Presented Annual Report. The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Sri Lanka organized the prize giving ceremony on 23 December 2020 through virtual platform.
Muhammad Farooq FCA, President, Institute of Chartered Accountant, Bangladesh (ICCB), AKM Delwer Hussain FCMA, Vice President, SAFA and Mohammed Humayun Kabir FCA, Council Member of ICCB handed over the prize to Md. Arfan Ali, President & Managing Director, Bank Asia Ltd. Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil FCA, Chief Financial Officer of the Bank was also present on the occasion.
