Bank Asia Ltd. & SME Foundation signed an agreement recently. According to the agreement, Bank Asia Ltd., as Nominated Bank will channelize fund of BDT 500.00 million from Bangladesh Bank to SME Foundation for expanding the Credit Wholesaling Program. Md. Arfan Ali, President & Managing Director, Bank Asia Ltd. & Md. Safiqul Islam, Managing Director of SME Foundation signed on the agreement from their respective sides in an agreement signing ceremony which was held at Bank Asia Tower, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka. High officials of both organizations were present at the program.
