Bank Asia distributed the cheque of Tk. 5 (Five) Crore to the CMSME entrepreneurs as a partner of “Credit Wholesaling Program” of SME Foundation under the 2nd stimulus package announced by the Government.
Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, MP, Honorable Minister of Industries, was the Chief Guest of the Cheque Handover Program which was held at the Auditorium, Ministry of Industry, on 27 May, 2021. Kamal Ahmed Majumder, State Minister, Zakia Sultana, Secretary, Ministry of Industries and Md. Arfan Ali, President & Managing Director, Bank Asia Ltd., were special guests of the program.
The program was moderated by Dr. Md. Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director, SME Foundation, wherein cheques were distributed to a total of 89 entrepreneurs including 8 who were physically present at the program.
