Banglalink, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) withNorth South University (NSU) to provide its students with an opportunity to upskill themselves by learning from Banglalink professionals and participating in various programs.
Monzula Morshed, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer, Banglalink, Ayesha Saeed, Head of Talent Management, Banglalink,Ankit Sureka, Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability, Banglalink, Prof Atiqul Islam, Vice Chancellor, NSU, Katherine Li, PhD, Director, Office of External Affairs (OEA) & Advisor, Center for Peace Studies (CPS), SIPG, NSU,Dr. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Professor and Dean, NSU and Mohammad Khasro Miah, PhD, Professor and Director, Career & Placement Center, NSU participated in the signing ceremony, which was held virtually due to the pandemic situation.
Along with joining Banglalink's youth empowerment programs such as Learn from the Leaders, Learn from the Startups, Campus to Corporate, Career Bootcamp, Womentor, Ennovators, Strategic Assistant Program, Advanced Internship Program and Campus Ambassador Program, NSU students will study Banglalink's cases as part of their curriculum under this agreement.
Professor Atiqul Islam, Vice Chancellor, NSU said, “NSU is pleased to be able to engage with Banglalink, a high-profile telco. I am certain this will open up more opportunities for joint applied research in aspects of telecommunication.
We welcome the opportunity to place our students as interns at Banglalink.”
