Bangladesh Women national cricket team will take on defending ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup champions Australia Women in the second One Day International (ODI) toady in the three-match series.

The match will take place at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium at 9:30 a.m. Tigress suffered a huge 118-run defeat against the visitors Aussie women at the same venue on March 21.

Bangladesh now in a must win situation in the second ODI to remain in contention in the series.

On the other hand, Alyssa Healy sides to confirm the series victory will have to win the match.

Bangladeshi bowlers, who bowled well at the initial stage with reducing the Australian to 146 for seven wickets but two late order bats Sutherland and Alena King played significant innings to set a challenging total of 213 runs.

But Bangladesh batters fell into pressure from the early stage and could not get rid of the trouble and finally managed to score only 95 runs.

Fargana Haque, Murshida Khatoon and Nigar Sultana, the key batters will have to shine today to save the series and the bowlers will have to repeat their performances.

The condition might be a big factor, if there would be no moisture or there would no rain, then it could be expected a batting favour wickets.

Meanwhile, Beth Mooney, Alyssa Healy and Ellyse Perry, all the top order batters have every ability to score a big total. Mooney, though failed in the first game but she is very danger player.

Healy also has not been in good form but there is no doubt about her quality and it would not be a surprise if would play any outstanding innings.

Ellyse Perry, another big hitter women, she scored over 300 runs in the WPL (Indian Women Premier League ) when she played a big role in RCB’s title win.
