The Under-16 SAFF Championship (men’s) will kick off from tomorrow with Bangladesh will take India in the opening match at the Changlimithang Stadium, Thimphu.
Bangladesh Under-16 national team, who reached Bhutan on Wednesday, will face off huge challenges in their opening match when they will have to take on the top favourites and the defending champions India. Bangladesh were drawn in the Group A along with the reigning champions India and the runners up India Nepal.Bangladesh players after reaching in Bhutan had three days to have some practice sessions in Thimpu.
Bangladesh will take on Nepal on September 4, when the top two table toppers from each group will play the semifinals on September 8 and the final will take place on September 10.
