Bangladesh and Russia have agreed to boost educational cooperation by signing a deal that will increase scholarships for studies in higher education, careers, science, and technology. The agreement was reached during a bilateral meeting between Bangladesh's Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury and Pavel Shevtsov, Deputy Head of Russia's Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation. The meeting took place at the Education Ministry's office on Thursday.
The agreement aims to facilitate the mutual recognition of degrees from both countries and enhance opportunities for Bangladeshi students to pursue higher education in Russia.
