The Bangladesh National Hockey Team has officially unveiled their new jersey ahead of the Men’s Asia Cup 2025, set to be held in Bihar, India, from August 29 to September 7.
A photo session and jersey launch ceremony took place on Sunday at the Falcon Hall of the Bangladesh Air Force in Dhaka.
The event was attended by Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, Chief of Air Staff of the Bangladesh Air Force and President of the Bangladesh Hockey Federation, as the chief guest. Senior officials of the Air Force and federation members were also present.
Addressing the players, Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan urged the team to uphold discipline, unity, and coordination on the field.
He expressed confidence that Bangladesh would deliver a strong performance at the Asia Cup.
Bangladesh will be competing in Group B, where they face tough opponents in Malaysia, Korea, and Chinese Taipei. Group A features hosts India along with Japan, China, and Kazakhstan.
To gear up for the continental showdown, the national squad has been training at the Maulana Bhasani Hockey Stadium since August 9, with the camp running until August 26.
