The Bangladesh Foreign Service Association (BFSA) has donated their bonus for the Pahela Boishak, first day of Bengali New Year, celebration to the Prime Minister’s relief fund for coronavirus crisis management.
The total amount is Tk3 million, the association said in a statement.
They said the members of the association are committed to help the government in all crises.
They are supporting the Bangladeshi expatriates in different countries during this time of coronavirus crisis.
Earlier, members of the association donated one day’s salary to a fund for building special housing facilities for the poor during the Mujib Year – March 17, 2020 to March 17, 2021.
