Bangladesh Excellence Awards, 2022 were presented to acclaimed business and entertainment icons at a gala ceremony in Dhaka on Saturday.
The Bangladesh Excellence Award powered by SMC, presented annually, aims to recognise individuals and institutions that have demonstrated exemplary efforts in media, education, sports, and entertainment.

Sharif Sahab Uddin, Editor-in-Chief of Bangladesh Post, Prof Atiqul Islam, Preeti Chakraborty, Principal and Chairman, Universal Medical College and Hospital and Director of FBCSI, Dr Joshoda Jiban Dev Nath, CIP and Director of FBCSI and Bengal Bank, Corporate Trainer Golam Samdani Don, Presenter Khairul Bashar, Raju Alim, Farida Hossain, Jayashree Das, Fatema Zohra Haque, were among the award winners in the corporate and business sectors.
Deputy Education Minister Mahibul H Chowdhury, Deputy Minister for Water Resources AKM Enamul Haque Shamim, Deputy Managing Director of Social Marketing Company Kazi Amirul Haque, Vice President of Bangladesh American Chamber of Commerce Alim, and President Bangladesh Cine Journalists Association (BACSAS) were present at the event.
