The Bangladesh ambassadors in Qatar and Greece are replacing each other in a latest change of the foreign ministry. Ambassador Md. Jashim Uddin will go to Qatar from Greece while Ambassador Ashud Ahmed will go to Greece, the foreign ministry said in a statement.
Both career diplomats are from the same 13th batch of the BCS foreign affairs cadre. Ambassador Jashim earlier served in various capacities in Bangladesh missions in New Delhi, Tokyo, Washington DC and Islamabad.
Ambassador Ahmed served in various capacities in Bangladesh Missions in New York, Colombo, Brussels and Hong Kong. Both of them also served in various capacities at the headquarters in Dhaka.
