Under the initiative of Bangladesh Bank, an event on awareness raising of loan disbursement was held among the account holders at Bagerhat and the loan was distributed publicly on Tuesday morning. The Financial Inclusion Department of Bangladesh Bank organized the program at the Zilla Parishad Auditorium and Dutch-Bangla Limited played the role of event coordinator.
Bangladesh Bank Deputy Manager Mohammad Abul Hashem. was the chief guest at the program organized by all the scheduled banks of the district headquarters.
Agriculture Bank Officer, Tarun Kanti Kundu, Sheikh Abul Bashar branch manager of Janata Bank, Deepak Kumar Kundu of Agrani Bank, Shankar Kumar of Rupali Bank, Mostafizur Rahman, Arpana Rani Mondal of Sonali Bank, Pintu Kumar Saha, Branch Manager of Standard Bank attended the event chaired by Dutch-Bangla Bagerhat Branch Manager Debjit Das.
The speakers said the loan has been arranged for the benefit of marginalized and small business owners and for the development of the country. Everyone has to handle the business sincerely.
