Bangladesh will take on the Afghanistan in the first off two FIFA friendly football match today at the Bashundhara Kings Arena at 5pm.
When Bangladesh Cricket team are taking their Afghan counterparts in Lahore, Pakistan in the Asia Cup cricket, Bangladesh football team also are taking on the Afghanistan in the FIFA friendly match.
Meanwhile, it would be a busy month (September) for Bangladesh national and club football when the besides the national team and the age group national team, club (Bashundhara Kings) are taking part in the different competitions.
National team and the age group teams will play in the six different competitions in the SAFF, AFC and Asian Games.
However, Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is organising the two FFIA matches as a part of the preparation for the World Cup qualifying match to be held in October.
