Like every year, Channel i has organized the 7th edition of Bangla Kheyal Utshob 2020 with classical music. The festivities will start from 5 pm today and will continue till 9 am tomorrow. In this regard, Azad Rahman, one of the organizers of the Bangla Kheyal Utshob and chairan of Music and Culture Center, said, ‘Culture is refined through classical music.
Channel i is working tirelessly to promote it. There were no listeners of Kheyal music before. Thanks to Channel i’s initiative more people are interested in it.’ Karim Shahabuddin, Dr Harunur Rashid, Nasheed Kamal, Shaheen Samad, Indra Mohan Rajbongshi, Ferdous Ara, Rezwana Choudhury Bannya and others famous artistes will take part in the festival as well.
In 2014, Channel i, under the leadership of Azad Rahman, started organizing the Bangla Kheyal Festival. The festival, which will be broadcasted live from Channel i’s rooftop.
