Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the history of Bengali nation is equivalent. He never bowed down in the Pakistan jail. Bangabandhu returned to Bangladesh on 10th January, 1972 as world pressure was mounting on the then Pakistan to release him. Mujib was a man of accomplishment; without his strong determination to pulsating change, it is unlikely that Bangladesh would have attained independence. A great leader Mujib, put all of his political wisdom and patriotism for nurturing welfare of the people till his last breath.

Reza (2019) depicted that the citizens of Bangladesh had imagined of a sovereign country and that vision was lastly realized on 16th December 1971, under the leadership of exact loyalist Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and he had astonishing leadership aptitudes that documented him as a leader of democracy for the people. Abdul Mannan (2016) observed that where the victim is someone like the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the task is more challenging. He also observed that the killers of Bangabandhu planned meticulously and acted professionally.

Jahan (2019) wrote that Bangabandhu’s political philosophy in the four guiding principles of state adopted by our constitution: Nationalism, democracy, secularism, and socialism. She also commented that he defended these four principles in various speeches delivered in the parliament, in the party forums, and in addresses to the nation. In the politics, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman added value through creation of Bangladesh. He created a brand image of Bangladesh before the world. He possessed excellent leadership quality and charismatic power.

He foresaw the sequence the Pakistani colony in this part required to go, and he is reliably referring to as an assertive the firmest for the announcement of Independence of the country.    He showed kindness and compassion towards his enemy and people from every corner can get access to him. His bargaining power for the Bengalese and try to create welfare maximization was a vibrant ideology when he was a true patriotic ruler. He hated lumpenbourgeoisies as they are employed as a devil force in the society. He transformed himself as a statesman of the Bangladesh. His virtues make him friend of oppressed Bengalese.

He was a man of accomplishment. Without his strong determination to pulsating change, it is unlikely that Bangladesh would have attained independence. Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was killed at a dynamic condition when the country was around to make an economic development from the status of a war-torn country.  The GDP growth rate persisted at around 4.0 per cent in the years between from 1971 to 1974 and the rate was expressively elevated by around eight per cent in 1975, when the Father of the Nation was killed along with his family members (Farashuddin,2018).

Chowdhury and Nafi (2019, p.129) opined that “Bangabandhu founded secular Bangladesh by adding the principles of secularism to the constitution of Bangladesh. Therefore, Bangabandhu has given equal rights to all citizens irrespective of caste, creed, and religion through the constitution of Bangladesh”. Citizens of this country are now upright, privileged and elevated. Her daughter, fourth time Prime Minster of the country is now working hard though the road is not so smooth as still conspirators are trying to make problems.

Mujib exercised uncompromising practicality, which is good for us, the pro- people-oriented leadership with emotional and social intelligence and elegance of transformations of thought and method that discoveries a symmetry between practicality and idealism. Nur (2019, p.115 ) described that “Sheikh Mujib served  the  purpose  of  a  mirror  for  the  audience  to  see  and  realize the suppression and domination of the then West Pakistan (Pakistan) and the struggles of East Pakistan (Bangladesh)."

Present government is trying to improve the economic scenario of the country with utmost care. But those who are evil they must be punished without any sort of hesitation and conspirators should be strongly handled. Those who are land grabbers, they must be severely penalized despite their party affiliation.

Also, policy makers need to establish societal banking through channeling micro savings into micro investments especially for poor and down trodden people of the society. Airport in the Cumilla and Thakurgaon should be setup as early as possible under eight five-year planning of the country.  Moreover, special emphasis needs to be given on growth with equity as the country is passing through fourth industrial revaluation.

Mantoo (2015, p.156) depicts that Bangabandhu was not a mere individual but in fact an institution, a movement, a revolution and an upsurge. He is the architect of the nation. He is the essence of epic poetry and he is history.  Extraordinary leadership created by Bangabandhu make him glorious part of the history of Bangladesh. Mujib was a great nationalist leader. He always devoted himself for well being of the country people. Till his last breath he fought for the truth. He will remain immortal for his wisdom, courage and brave doings for the people.
