The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) has launched the Bangabandhu Corner at its library of Dhanmondi campus in the capital. The corner was launched on March 11 as part of the ongoing celebration of the birth centenary of tFather of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
National Professor Dr Rafiqul Islam inaugurated the Bangabadhu corner along with ULAB's Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Jahirul Haque.
Prof Shamsad Mortuza, Pro-Vice Chancellor of ULAB; Prof Milan Kumar Bhattacharjee, Treasurer of the university, Prof Syed Manzoorul Islam of Department of English and Humanities and Prof Abdul Mannan of ULAB School of Business were also present at the occasion, among others. Heads of various departments, faculty members, admin members and students of the university were present at the time.
