The Closing & Prize Distribution Ceremony of "Bangabandhu Inter University Sports Champs 2019" Sponsored (Gold) by Modhumoti Bank Limited was held on Saturday, 27th April 2019 at Bangabandhu National Stadium, Dhaka.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports where 65 public and private universities across the country were participated.
The Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladeshwas present as Chief Guest.Mr. Abdullah Al Islam Jakob, MP, Chairman, Standing Committee of Ministry of Youth & Sports and Sponsor of Modhumoti Bank Limited, Mr. Nazmul Hassan, MP, President of Bangladesh Cricket Board, Mr. NahimRazzaq, MP, convener of the tournament, Mr. Kazi Md. Salahuddin, President of Bangladesh Football Federation were present as Special Guest’s. Mr. Md. Zahid Ahsan Russel, MP, Honorable State Minister, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh presided over the ceremony. Mr. Md. ShafiulAzam, Managing Director & CEO of Modhumoti Bank Limited along with other high officials and elites were present in the program.
