Bandarban Zone Tourist Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Jahangir Alam said tourists from different parts of the country visit Bandarban throughout the year. More and more tourists are coming for the Eid holidays, so to ensure all kinds of safety for the tourists, all the members of the tourist police are canceling their holidays and working relentlessly in the tourist spots. No untoward incident has been reported so far, the police official said.
Bandarban Zone Tourist Superintendent of Police Mohammad Abdul Halim said tourist spots are usually overflowing with tourists during the Eid holidays.
