Inter-Base Quirat and Azan Competition of Bangladesh Air Force concluded at Shaheen Mosque of BAF Base Bashar on Monday, said ISPR.
Air Headquarters Unit clinched the title of the competition while BAF Base Zahural Haque became runner-up. Warrant Officer Md. Zainal Abedin Mia of BAF Base Zahural Haque secured first position in Azan and Sergeant Md. Masum Ali of Air Headquarters Unit secured first position in Quirat competition.
Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Plans) Air Vice Marshal M Shafiqul Alam distributed prizes among the winners as chief guest.
It is mentionable that Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bashar Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Nazrul Islam inaugurated the competition as chief guest on Sunday. Senior officers of BAF and other members were present in the ceremony.
