Bangladesh Association of Contact Center & Outsourcing (BACCO) signed a ‘Knowledge Partnership’ memorandum of understanding (MOU) with COPC Inc., a global management advisory and consultancy firm specializing in customer experience operations.
The signing took place in January 2023, and with that, COPC Inc. will be working jointly with BACCO to enhance the capabilities of the BPO and IT-enabled service (ITES) sector in Bangladesh.
COPC Inc. provides consulting, training, research, benchmarking, and certification services to operations supporting the customer experience. BACCO’s knowledge partnership with COPC Inc. opens avenues for access to training and skill development of the workforce in the ITES sector in Bangladesh, as well as best practices and benchmarks from global standards.
COPC Inc. will work closely with BACCO toward holistic development of the ITES sector, creating an essential roadmap for the maturity and ultimate growth of the BPO industry.
BACCO will be the ‘Marketing and Branding Partner’ of COPC Inc. in the country. The collaboration holds excellent potential for accelerating the development of the ITES and BPO sectors in Bangladesh through enhancements in processes, people, planning, and performance while opening new windows of opportunity for expansion in international markets for the industry in Bangladesh.
