Jahidul Islam, Superintendent of Police (SP) of Chuadanga, has given gifts like sweet, warm cloths, warm dresses, wreaths and other household goods to 15 families for newly born girl children from January 8 to 16.
Jahidul Islam said that somebody think that girl children are burden of the family. Nobody like girl child. For information and giving massages to the society that they are not burden of the society.
On this issue Jahidul Islam, SP, has been giving them gifts and advised them for bringing up their girl children as human being and educated personality.
Borsha Khatun, wife of Washim Ali of village Jalshuka in Sadar Upazila of Chuadanga district, said some policemen in direction of Police Super Jahidul Islam appeared before us, gave us gifts and advised us for bringing up her with proper education. We are very pleased
now for this.
