Jhenidah health department authorities have started conducting awareness among the people of bordering Moheshpur upazila in Jhenidah aiming at protecting the bordering people from the havoc and taking precautionary measures. The health department officials have been sitting with local people and giving them the primary conception of the viral diseases.
Civil Surgeon Dr. Salina Begum said she along with her senior physicians have started been moving in the border belt in Moheshpur of the district since Sunday morning. Although Corona Virus was first detected in China and a number of people already had died. Many of them were already carrying the Coronavirus in the meantime in neighboring India. If anyone of the bordering area carries the fatal attack, might be detected at the primary stage, they have been providing information.
She said Coronavirus is a viral disease like flue that appears in the human and other bodies with the symptoms of cold, cough, asthma, suffocation etc.
The health department staffs including the field level ones were advised to report to the authority immediately if these sort of suspected cases are detected any time. It might play a significant role to protect the people of the country, Civil Surgeon aid.
Upazila health and family panning officer (UHFPO) Dr. Anjuman Ara, resident medical officer of the upazila health complex Dr. Niaz and medical officer Dr. Minhaz among others remain present.
