Fire Service and Civil Defence department arranged a rehearsal programme to create awareness among people in Sakal Bazar area of Jamalpur town on Saturday.
Advocate Mohammad Baki Billah, President of District Awami League, inaugurated the programme led by Md Rabiul Islam Akanda ,Senior Station Officer, Fire Service and Civil Defence department.
In the field level rehearsal, fire fighters demonstrated various awareness activities which will need during different accidents such as fire incidents, road accidents and cylinder explosions.
Toufiqul Islam Bhuiyan, Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defence department, Abdur Rahman, president, Sakal Bazar Committee, and Bizu Ahmed, ward councilor, among others, were present.
