All concerned need to work hard to create awareness among the consumers. The demand for products in the market has increased, the cost of living has increased. Everyone should be aware of the establishment of consumers' rights.
Government also needs to play a vital role to protect the rights of the consumers. The current consumer protection law needs to be implemented more swiftly.

Consumers still do not know what to do when they feel they are being cheated or deceived while buying goods or receiving services.
Extensive awareness program is a must so that the consumers are aware of what to do legally when they feel deceived. Extensive awareness programs will also make the goods sellers and service providers alert and they will try to maintain a certain standard while selling their products.
Authorities concerned should constantly work to control the price of goods. More strict measures need to be taken by the government to avoid price hike of essentials in this pandemic situation. It is also necessary that consumers come forward, enlighten themselves, and know about their rights.
