It is alleged that attempts are being taken to submit fake papers to embezzle about Tk. 8.5 crore as the value of the acquired land for the extension project of the Government Shaheed Bulbul College of Pabna. On knowing this illegal attempt of the syndicate, the complainant has submitted a petition to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Pabna to keep the payment of the acquired land suspended until the suits and the heirs are settled.
The complainant in his petition says that a suit in this regard is pending in the court of the joint District Judge of Pabna. Despite that a syndicate concealed the suit and was active to receive the payment of the acquired land. Md. Jasimuddin, Deputy Commissioner of Pabna, admitted that he got a petition through a lawyer to suspend the payment of the extension project for the Government Shaheed Bulbul College of Pabna.
