Infantry Division-55 of Jashore Cantonment provided free medical services to pregnant women on the premises of Odut Shah Degree College in Damurhuda upazila of Chuadanga on Monday.
About 300 pregnant women were provided medical services there by 6 physicians of Army and 2 medical officers of Damurhuda health complex all day long.
Brigadier General Foysal Baten, Major Rajib Jahan and Damurhuda Upazila Nirbahi Officer Dilara Rahman were present at the inaugural session. It may be mentioned that mask, hand sanitizers and packet of food were also provided at the time.
