Army distributes relief in Lohagara, Satkania

Bangladesh Army has distributed relief materials among 250 poor families at remote areas of Lohagara and Satkania upazilas in Chattogram on Monday. 

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the 10th Infantry Division of the Bangladesh Army has been conducting various public service activities including creating awareness among the people about corona, distributing relief at its own expense, providing medical assistance, providing maternity services to pregnant mothers, free market, spraying disinfectants. 

Following this, under the overall guidance of GOC 10 Infantry Division, Army personnel of Ramu Cantonment have delivered relief to 250 unemployed families. 

In the service of humanity, the members of the Bangladesh Army have carried the relief items on their shoulders, ignoring the unfavourable weather, and delivered those to the doorsteps of the needy, uprooted and helpless people.

This human initiative of Army has been able to put a smile on the faces of helpless people. Locals applauded the army's relief efforts. The helpless people of the area expressed their gratitude and prayers to the army.
