Chief of Army Staff General Aziz Ahmed, also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS), on Tuesday inaugurated four newly constructed establishments of SKS in city’s Mohakhali DOHS. The inaugurated establishments are– SKS Tower and SKS Business Mart in Dhaka and Sena Kallyan Trade Centre and Sena Kallyan Convention Centre in Chattogram, said an ISPR press release. Senior officials of Bangladesh Army, chairman of SKS, Members of the Sena Kallyan Board of Trusties and Management Council and respective officials of different ranks were present at the function.
SKS has been working relentlessly for the welfare of retired members of the armed forces for a long period of 47 years, added the release.
Various commercial enterprises and manufacturing companies of this organization are making significant contributions to the national economy.
