Arefeen Raafi Ahmed elected Natl President of JCI Bangladesh for 2026

Arefeen Raafi Ahmed has been elected National President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh for the year 2026, marking a new chapter of leadership for one of the country’s most prominent youth leadership organizations.

The announcement was made at a program held at Hotel Radisson in Dhaka, where JCI leaders from across the country gathered to reaffirm their shared commitment to purpose-driven leadership and national impact.

In his address, Arefeen Raafi Ahmed said, “JCI Bangladesh stands at a defining moment—where hope remains, change begins. Vision 2026 is about listening deeply, acting boldly, and empowering young leaders to serve with integrity and innovation. My focus will be on strengthening local chapters, developing future leaders, and aligning our work with global best practices to create meaningful impact.”

Arefeen Raafi Ahmed brings over a decade of leadership experience across multiple sectors and a progressive journey within JCI Bangladesh. His election, following key roles including Deputy National President in 2025, reflects strong confidence in his vision and leadership.

Junior Chamber International (JCI), headquartered in the United States, is a global organization of young leaders aged 18 to 40, with over 200,000 members in more than 120 countries, dedicated to leadership development, community impact, and global collaboration.
