Arabian Cuisine Gulf Night held at Hotel Peninsula

The week-long 'Gulf Night' started with a large buffet of varied traditional Arabic food at Chattogram star hotel ‘The Peninsula Chattogram'.

  The colorful food festival was officially inaugurated at Peninsula's Laguna Restaurant on Thursday evening.

 Chattogram Development Authority Chairman Zahirul Alam Dubash inaugurated the Gulf Night as the chief guest.  At this time, General Manager of Peninsula Chattogram Sumedha Gunawardhan, department heads of various departments of Peninsula, journalists of various media and popular food bloggers were present.

 A week-long glitzy Gulf Night is organized from August 18-24 to introduce food lovers to the rich cuisine of Arabian heritage.

  The festival will feature a daily dinner buffet prepared by The Peninsula's executive chefs with a variety of royal dishes from delicious Arabian delicacies such as Khabsa Dajaz, Shish Tawk to Mutton Ouzi, Hummus, Falafel and Baba Ghanush.  There is also a delicious variety of desserts including the delicious Arabian dessert Baklava, Kunafa to Mahalabiya and Basbousa.
