Approval of renowned online news portals at the second phase

Information  Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud has said, the approval for registration of renowned online news portals of the country will be given at the second phase. Information Minister said this while exchanging views with the journos on the occasion of Eid Reunion at the conference room of the Ministry of Information on Wednesday noon. Information Minister added, ' The enquiry report gave no objection for 34 online registration primarily among such news portals applied for. All good news portals will be given registration in phases. The decision for the online versions of the printed newspaper will be taken later on.'During the birthday of Sheikh Kamal, son of Bangabandhu,  the Minister expressed his expectation that the politics of conspiracy, coup and murder will be stopped in Bangladesh forever. Moreover, he said, the government was also working to stop those businesses being conducted illegally through online Tiktok and various social media like Facebook. It is learnt, the online business has expanded tremendously with the passage of time. The business starts with a small capital is opening the windows of a huge possibility for the business entrepreneurs. But, some dishonest online businessmen were also grabbing a huge sum of money by trapping and cheating the customers in various ways.
