Md. Anwarul Haque has been elected as Chairman of Mercantile Bank PLC in its 448th Board meeting of the Bank held on Sunday.
Prior to this new responsibility he was the Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Bank.
Eng. Anwarul Haque is the Managing Director of Living Plus Ltd. Besides this, he is involved in different financial institution and businesses.
Furthermore, he has deep affinity and attachment with various socio-cultural activities like Gulshan Club Ltd., Dhanmondi Club Ltd. and Uttara Model Club Ltd.
