Anti-terrorism protest rally held marking 21st August Grenade attack

Grenade attack trial and anti-terrorist protest rally was held at the initiative of Chhatra League of Brahmanbaria Nabinagar. The protest meeting was held today Saturday at Mahila College ground. Mohammad Ebadul Karim Bulbul, Member of National Parliament of Brahmanbaria (05) Nabinagar, was present as the chief guest at the protest meeting under the chairmanship of Chatra League convenor Abu Saeed at 12:00 am. Joint convener of Upazila Chhatra League Kabi Mubarak and Nasirullah, co-editor of Central Chhatra League Mahmudul Hasan Palash, District Chhatra League President Rabiul Hossain Rubel, District Awami League member Golam Shahriar Badal, Upazila Awami League Vice President Advocate Sujit Kumar were present as special guests. Deb, Kazi Yaber Hasan Jamil, Organizing Secretary Mosharraf Hossain Sarkar, Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Zakir Hossain Sadek, Upazila Awami League Liberation War Affairs Secretary Vir Muktijoddha Nazrul Islam Naju, Youth and Sports Affairs Secretary Nashir Uddin, Deputy Publicity Secretary Prannoy Kumar Bhadra, Upazila Awami League Affairs Secretary. 

League member Saifur Rahman Sohel, Shyamgram Union Parishad chairman Shamsuzzaman Khan Masum, former Central Jubo League member Shamsul Arefin Naeem, Awami League leader Shamim Reza and others. In the chief guest's speech, the member of parliament said that Bangabandhu's self-made Chhatra League should work diligently to implement Bangabandhu's ideals.

 We should work unitedly to continue the trend of development of the Honorable Prime Minister People's Leader Sheikh Hasina by being strong in the ideals of Chhatra League. Learning from the horrors of the August 12th grenade attack, we should unite and work to strengthen the hands of the honorable Prime Minister Jannetri Sheikh Hasina. In order to deal with all the conspiracies, the Chhatra League should be organized and work unitedly to implement all the directives of the Prime Minister. Because Bangladesh will become a developed country with the hands of the honorable Prime Minister. Upazila Awami League president and former member of parliament Faizur Rahman Badal was the special guest of the event but he could not attend due to his stay abroad. In this regard, BCL convener Abu Saeed said that under the pressure of a section of BCL, Banner had to be named as a special guest even though the president of Awami League was abroad.
