An anthology on the occasion of the 74th Birthday of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina entitled ‘Sheikh Hasina: The Story of a Blossoming Bangladesh’ edited and complied by Dr Md Mofakkharul Iqbal, First Secretary (Press) Bangladesh Deputy High Commission Kolkata was unfolded in Kolkata by Sri Subrata Mukherjee, Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development , Government of West Bengal.
The anthology has a collection of 15 essays written by eminent intellectuals, academicians, media persons and cultural personalities of West Bengal who have closely watched the life and work of Sheikh Hasina.

Speakers in the programme spoke about the struggles of Sheikh Hasina's life and how she led a poverty stricken nation to economic prosperity and social stability.
