One of the most significant characters in Avengers: Endgame was Ant-Man aka Scott Lang, who played a key role in helping the OG 6 Avengers in bringing back the ones lost by Thanos' snap of fingers. Even in Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), the movie was able to thread new territories with the quantum realm technology, which again played a big part in Endgame. Using the quantum realm, the Avengers were able to travel back in time and collect the six Infinity Stones. Hence, a third installment in the Ant-Man franchise was something to look forward to in the upcoming phases of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).
Well, the wait is soon going to end as according to The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel Studios is bringing back Peyton Reed, who had directed both Ant-Man (2015) and Ant-Man and the Wasp, to helm Ant-Man 3. Paul Rudd will be back as the tiny but strong superhero while we assume that since we saw Hope Pym make it back in Avengers: Endgame, after getting snapped, we will see plenty of Evangeline Lilly as Wasp in the upcoming movie as well. Ant-Man 3 will be Paul's fifth appearance and Evangeline's third appearance in the MCU.
