Annual sports competition and prize giving ceremony of National Bank Public Schools and College held on Monday.
Parveen Haque Sikder, MP, President of Governing Body, National Bank Public School and College and Chairperson of the Executive Committee, National Bank Limited graced the occasion as chief guest.
Hossain Akhtar Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director, National Bank Limited also attended the event as special guest. The event was presided over by the Principal of National Bank Public School and College Dr. Bishwajit Bhaduri.
Chief guest Parveen Haque Sikder, MP distributed prizes among the winners of the competition. During her address to the students and the gathering, said that the education sector is one of the highest priorities of the present government. The country’s education system is being modernized under the direct supervision of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. She also urged the students of National Bank Public School and College to excel in sports besides regular studies.
