Ananta Jalil with distressed artistes

The coronavirus has brought the global economy to a standstill. The impact of which is seen among the workplace in different countries. This has resulted in creating various problems for the artistes and actors who are not well off in the film industry. 

So businessman, actor Ananta Jalil decided to stand by them. The hero will assist these artistes at BFDC on March 26. On this occasion, He will be present on two programmes organized by Bangladesh Film Producers’ Association and Bangladesh Film Artistes’ Association and deliver some urgent materials.

These include rice, pulses, oil, soap, hand sanitizer and some other materials. Zayed Khan, general secretary of the Artistes’ Association and Khorshedul Alam Khasru, the producers’ leader, confirmed the matter.

Ananta Jalil, the star of ‘Nishartho Bhalobasha’, said: "The program is being organised from two different venues in the BFDC on the same day. I will try to provide urgent service in these tragic situations by being present on the two occasions.” Meanwhile, he donated Tk 5 lakh recently to a mosque in Hemayetpur area near his factory. He said the initiative was to help counter coronavirus and assist the local mosque.
