Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved 32% dividend for its shareholders for the year 2019-2020 at the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at digital platform on Thursday.

Abdus Salam, FCA, Independent Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director (Marketing), Mohammad Yeamin, Chief Financial Officer, Advocate Kazi Abdur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM.
Shareholders’ thanked the management for achievements of the Company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming days.
